How much money do you need to make this goal work?

Do your sums properly and carefully. Factor everything in. Hopefully doing the planning will get your timescale correct and therefore make your accounting correct. Misjudging the timescale will often make you accounting sums worthless.

Whose help do I need?

Do you need the advice who has done this before? Do you need a partner? Are you truly going to be able to do everything on your plan by yourself?
